International Bacculaureate (IB) Exam and British A-Level Exams
If you take the Higher Level IB chemistry exam and score a 6
or 7, you will receive credit for Chem 19.
IB scores of 5, 6, and 7 correspond to AP scores of 3, 4, and 5, respectively,
as far as chemistry credit and placement are concerned.
The relationship between AP and IB exam scores is given below with the first course listed for placement being the recommended placement.

If you take the British A-Level chemistry exam
and score an A or a B, you will receive credit for Chem 19.
A-level scores of C, B, and A correspond to AP scores of 3, 4, and
