”Looking back to the past three centuries, I will highlight the ten key discoveries—and the individuals who made them—that led to the formation of modern day chemistry.
The challenge, of course, is to decide who makes the top ten and I expect to hear considerable debate about the wisdom (or lack thereof) of my choices. Such exchange is the delight for the spirited mind!”
