Graduation May 11, 2008
Despite the rain, the Department of Chemistry pulled off a terrific graduation ceremony inside the French Family Science Center.
Our Master of Ceremonies, the one and only Dr. James Bonk, Director of Undergraduate Studies.
Chemistry's Chair, Dr. Warren Warren, handed out the diplomas.
Dr. Todd Woerner and Associate Chair Dr. Richard MacPhail. Hey Todd, where's your robe?
Due to the large number of friends and family who had come to honor the graduates, Chemistry set up satellite seating on the first floor with a view screen and sound to accommodates all the well wishers who fit into the auditorium
Before the ceremony, Chemistry provided box lunches for all the graduates and their loved ones. Looks like everyone enjoyed them!
The ceremony took place in 2231 French Family Science Center...look at all those graduates! Congratulations!
A few of our amazing graduates...those who stood still long enough for a photo anyways.
