You Know the Business of Chemistry, But Do You Know the Chemistry of Your Business? CHEMISTRY FOR EXECUTIVES, Duke University's intensive, residential course for executives who are in the Chemical Industry, or who work with the chemical industry, but lack adequate background in the basic language and principles of Chemistry, could be the most important investment you and your company ever make in your career! CHEMISTRY FOR EXECUTIVES, in its 32 years since it was first offered, has attracted over 750 decision makers from the chemical and chemistry-related industries, including Presidents, Vice Presidents, Controllers, Chief Counsels, Financial Officers and Directors and Managers of marketing, communications, personnel, sales, accounting, public relations and purchasing, from 160 companies, world-wide. Course participants have found the insights provided by our course useful in understanding the problems associated with chemical reactions and processes, pollution and environmental regulation, in addition to core business issues. Many chemical companies have come to use CHEMISTRY FOR EXECUTIVES as an integral part of their Executive and Management training programs, some to the extent that approval to participate in CFE is equivalent to being tapped for the fast track. Registrations for the 2007 session (July 9-13) are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The 2006 tuition and fees (including meals, books, materials, and accommodations at the R. David Thomas Executive Conference Center) are $5700. A discount is applied to registrations completed before March 31. |
